Refund policy

For products purchased through our website, the return, exchange or warranty request is made as follows:

Fill out the returns form click here or send an email to sales@revere-active.com. Let us know your order number, pick up address and garments to be returned. Our team will contact you with instructions on how to proceed. Please note the following information to proceed with your request:

The user has 30 days to make the exchange or return request.
The garment(s) to be returned must be unworn, unwashed, and have all the original tags and protectors, as delivered.
Garments in the SALE category or purchased with a special discount (other than a coupon) are not eligible for exchange or return.
Exchanges of garments are made for products of equal or greater value (assuming the cost of difference of the garments) and are subject to inventory availability.
Revere Active Sportswear will bear shipping costs only in the event that the product arrives with manufacturer's defects.
Revere Active Sportswear reserves the right to accept exchanges with prior analysis of the product, verifying that the condition of the garment meets the conditions mentioned above.
In case of not receiving a response from the user to continue the exchange/return process, after 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, Revere Active Sportswear reserves the right to accept the exchange/return of the product.
